Abd Fat?

Hey, just a few questions regarding abdominal fat, I'm 36 at 5ft 9 weighing 170 toned body, exercise like crazy, watch my diet and fact, I dont eat meat/protien since for unknow reasons I bulk when I do, even drink water instead of soda/juice/milk. Anyone have a or know of any product that will increase my metabolism to burn off this excess abd-fat? I was taking the xynadrine which worked miracles and my weight was 155 nice and slim but the contents busted my blood pressure to unreal heights, I'm now taking "RevP" by NxCare contents made of green tea/cocoa bean/yerba mate extract with dandelion leaf/root and 6-pack proprietary blend of caffeine. Which is working wonders too but has really turn my abd-fat from hard to squishie fat and I've started going down on the weight scale. I'm not looking for a fade fix but product that will actually work and really burn off this excess abd-fat. Thanks for reading and responding....
 
I'm with HL, try HiT training. I've been doing it now for 4 weeks. Dropped 7lbs. Its tough if done correctly but I found jogging for 30min was not having any effect.
 
I agree with them just try to consume about one third less of your carbs a day and do heavy cardio as early as possible in the morning say around 5 or 6. That helps even more and dont eat before you go. good luck
 
Like I suggested, you should be consuming at least 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight.

The protein might make you feel bloated but it is necessary in building muscle.
