Transdermal formula

Regarding transdermal delivery for 1T and 4AD. I had a recipe for a transdermal made from the following.

Isopropyl Palmitate
Isopropyl Myristate
DMSO
Isopropyl Alcohol
Propylene Glycol
Oleic Acid

I bought these from lemelange.com
My hardrive went haywire and I lost the recipe, but still have the ingredients. Does anyone know of a good mixture using the above?
