What would you recommend me taking?

I been going back to the gym (2nd week) all natural and with wieght gainer

im 155lbs and 17yrs age

and im wanting to get bigger and more "cut" before summer..

Do any of yall have anything that i could take to help me out i been thinking bout creotine(muscle tech), my cousin is now about to start on 1-AD, but i been searching on teh forums and i cant figure out if i should or not.. thanks

DONT use as before 25 - you will f yourself up.

and be careful with the creatine - you younger guys tend to not hydrate enough. drink a lot of water to keep your metabolism up.
 
guess i cant substitute water with cola =(

haha j/k i like water......how much should i be drinkin i have school during day so for 8hours or so not too much can be done



also what type/product of creatine should i get

yeah bro just listen to the guys here and you will be good to go. as for creatine get anything micronized its easier to digest and take it 1 hour before excercise, thats my opinion. there a bunch of different mixes but i use plain micronized german creatine with juice for carbs,insulin spiking 1 hour before workout.
This is good advice you get here you dont get a crack dealer telling you it will hurt you in the long run if you do it this early in life..you have to respect that but anyone here will always be willing to help with advice and training stuff.

the brands out there that a small budget can do and work good are, EAS,generic as long as its pure(read the label) kaizein, even the wal mart brand is fine, if you use it correctly, cell tech is very expensive and has the carbs and glucose base with it. if you buy generic plain ol creatine and add it to grape juice or apple juice then it will work great like cell tech.
 
At your age i wouldnt go past using creatine. Vitamins, glutamine and the horse pack by animal cuts. No prohormones or gear till ur 21, trust me!!!!
