So ive heard Abs are "made in the kitchen" not the gym

I was wondering if this is a good diet to get lean abs

Breakfast- Bowl of Rice Puff Cereal 60 calories with skim milk
total-100 calories

Lunch- Orange, 2 peices of toast 85 calories

dinner- 1 cup vegetables- 25 calories
6 inch turkey breast sandwich- 280 calories-305 calories

I work my abs once a day for 15 minutes doing about 200 crunches and 50 leg raises

Is this a good plan i just started

Do i need alot of protein

Im not bulking up im going for a cut six pack do i need alot of protein

Could someone send me a good diet plan for six pack abs
or is this diet ok?

Is this diet good for burning that little layer of fat that covers ur abs. Im very thin but my lower abs are covered up by a thin ;ayer of fat. Is this diet going to get me the results i want?

Dont know about the diet, but doing lots of reps of crunches, sit-up, leg raises etc arent gonna give you the ripped six pack....gotta add weight resistance and keep the reps around 10-15 per set. Your abs are MUSCLES....why work them out any differently that another muscle group? Why do you do a set of 12-15 reps to "cut up" your arms yet you jump to 200 for abs? Really boggles my mind....

diet

Can anyone send me a diet that would be good for some one trying to lose weight around the bottom midsection and that will help get me ripped abs

tamma you said you were bulking up and now your cutting down which is it? If your 120 i suggest you need to get a little bigger. I think you need more protein regardless of your cycle
