Getting Ripped HIT or Volume?

What do you guys think? I personally enjoy using a low volume traing program due to the fact that I'm a busy guy like most of us and don't have 2 hours to spend in the gym everynight.

I always have and really don't know if there would be a differnece in using a volume program while cutting other than a more aerobic work. I know muscles respond to increased load regardess of how you apply it. Your body burns more calories by carring more muscle so wouldn't it make sence to use low volume just as much as a higher volume program?

Experiences?

I stopped loosing BF on volume cario training so I went to HIIT training 7 weeks ago. Lost 7 lbs but let me tell you IT SUCKS Not so bad now but on days 1,2 & 3 I almost passed out and that was form only 7 minutes of training. weight loss seems to have stopped now so I am switching back to volume for 2 weeks then back to HIIT.

PS. If you go with HIIT bring an orange or grapes for after. I found that it helped me from feeling so light headed.
