I "am" "formerly" a college wrestler, my weight loss techniques are horrible. Wrestling workouts are so fecking intense, you know grabbin man ass is pretty tough. No really, i find myself funning 7 minute miles sometimes, NOT TOO OFTEN, at 5 miles distance. Usually like 3-4 at 7 minutes. I lose too much weight, like 20 pounds to make weight and will drag it out to usually 1 1/2 months to try and not lose to much lean body mass and i always do. What do you suggest. I am currently hitting up the M1t, then 4 weeks pct and then prolly back on the methyl-d for another....then the cutter. Im gonna try and stay pretty lean, thats like 15% LOL! Im like 198 right now wanna get to like 220 and cut down from their to 197 next winter.......lemme hear it

thanx fellas

oh yeah dont worry bout the doping test....im cool as the other side of the pillow

Me personaly ...I drop weight with upped eca stacked doses 3 times a day maybe 4 and I ride the bike alot anything else like elipticle or treadmill i will lose too much muscle, hell i dont realy have to do cardio and stay lean only show time do i do a bit of cardio, lose all breads, fats are ok in my opinion ts the sugars you need to stay away from period!

Simply put your doing to much cardio (don't hear people say that to often) by running 7 min. miles for 5 miles your kicking your metabolism into over drive although I am not sure how often you are running, but dropping 20lbs and having a hard time putting on weight definitely sounds like your running more then you may think/need........so relax on the cardio-you don't have to weigh in each week and press yourself to drop weight since your not wrestling any more (I wrestled to in high school though and we would do every thing and any thing to make weight if need be such as laxatives, cardio in between classes etc..)
Think of this 20min of cardio you begin to burn fat-any thing over 45min you risk burning muscle so if you are going to run stay in between those ranges.

yeah that sounds better, is the intensity level a big difference. i have heard of pro's who don't ever "run" . I can actually beleive this because they are so fucking huge, it would be pretty hard to run and be that be.
