Methyl-D with Fatburner

Hey,

I have been on the Methyl for abotu 2 weeks now and running it with some xenadrine.. i am also on a low carb high protein diet.. I have made soem nice gains. I am tryign to lose Bf and still keep my size. I am 5'11. 200 about 11% bf...any ideas??????
 
I do about 40 minutes on the eliptical in the morning. I pop a few pills and do my cardio on an empty stomach.
 
that sounds fine bro, what i do also to keep lean is in****orate a set time between sets, keeps the heart puming and I sweat so bad i change twice during workouts, wel I change my shirts,lol,
 
Thanks for the reply Press....DO you think i am wasting too much muscle with all the cardio, and hard diet?? What kind of diet, sups should i add?
 
40 minutes is ok but it depends on how many times per week ur doing this and also the intensity at which ur going, I personaly usea bike for cardio and lose much less muscle then i would or did using an elyptical.

be sure take ur glutamine, high protien, and cut out sugars, fat intake is always ok in my opinion
 
Gotcha, i am taking glutamine right after cardio. I think i might switch to the bike. My strength is at a peak right now. I might lose the fat burner soon, and try to make as many gains as possible.
