A way to increase GH

I'm curious if anyone has ever seen this:

http://www.longerhealthylife.com/

This guy, Tyler Parr, describes a way to increase GH by taking a mixture or combination of acetyl-l-carnitine with l-ornithine at night. He also lists references and explanations of why it works (go through the entire site). I've tried this, and I've noticed definite differences. The only thing I don't really know is how much of an increase you get, though like I say, I noticed differences even in a couple of days.

(Doesn't increasing GH also result in a subsequent increase in IGF-1?)

Simply not eating before bed will slightly increase GH secretion during sleep, however, eating before bed is mandatory if you're looking to grow. These homeopathic GH release enhancing formulas are going to do nothing at all significant. Roughly 1IU (which is for a young male) will be released during sleep. Even a 25% increase, which I'd doubt, will be insignificant relative to real GH suplementation.

This is along the lines of prohormones (not necessarily this method, but others like it) where you suplement with components that are part of GH (i.e. particular amino acids), and, for some reason, people believe this will magically make more GH...just because there is more raw material. The limiting factor in GH production isn't the peptide's subconstituents.
The only real way to upmodulate your own GH release is with GHRPs and GH secretagogues (which aren't available). The GH "secretagogues" sold OTC are nothing but misnomers. The sublibgual GHRP available is about as effective as oral B12....it's not. IV GHRPs make a difference...any other route of delivery is a waste.

Sorry
