New Doctor & Bloodwork

If you're starting with a new doctor, and it's only a couple weeks post-cycle (test/deca), what (if anything) should you tell them?

He'd want to order bloodwork since you're a new patient, so should you be forthright, or not say anything (might the cycle not show up if they're not looking for it)?

It depends on the type of blood testing that he/she will order.

Typically they only test for what they are looking for. Although since you are new they might order a cbc which is a complete profile which will show test level to some degree.

If you don't mind me asking why are you switching? When I have switched, my doctor never required blood work unless I had a certain condition or complaint.

If you want to know for sure call the Dr ofice and speak with a nurse tell her you are thinking of moving to them and ask what is involved. Physical, blood work, etc.. for a new patient, you don't have to tell them your name.

a cbc does not involve testosterone, it is a complete blood count that measures size, amount, ratios of blood cells, to detect anemia etc. your rbc (red) will be slightly high due to test usage.

bloodwork is a very general term that means you are gonna bleed, but there are more tests than you could imagine, they are each specifc, and they all cost money so he wont just test everything under the sun.

So to answer you dont need to tell him anything you dont want to. Although if he tests you for some things he may call you later to let you know u should come in for more work to check for a "condition". But when he tells you why you'll know if it is juice related and dont worry about it. Otherwise just get the answer about the std
