i just picked up a 20mg. bottle of Stan QV 50 and i was wondering what would be the best stack to put together w/ this... i weigh 220-230 about 15% body fat... i'm looking to cut down but this is the 1st cutting cycle i'm doing and i'm not sure how to go about it... could you please help me w/ my stack also the breakdown in how i should take it... how many cc's and how far apart should i space them out... any help would be greatly appreciated... also to finish the stack i don't have a very reliable source to get gear so it's hard for me to get "hard to get" gear...
 
Ok... first of all... stats and training background would be great...

but more importantly.. when you say 'you don't have a good source'.. it leaves you open to get scammed through the PM system of this board.. and I HIGHLY suggest you be very careful in regards to whomever approaches you to solicit business.. (which is NOT condoned here I might add!)

After some more detailed info... such as full stats, weight/height/BF... training exp.. (how many years, type of training... what does your week look like?) .. are they split routines, are they single body parts per day, do you do each BP twice a week?..


how many days do you work out, then how many do you break inbetween?


What does your diet look like? Juice is not the end all be all of a fine physique... diet is major! ... what's your typical day of food look like? ...

the more you give, the better the answer...
 
body stats are 5'9... 225... 15% BF... workout 5-6 days a week cardio 4-5... single body parts a day... i've been training for 5-6 yrs. mostly heavy... cutting back on going heave now trying to do more reps less weight but i don't feel as if i get as good of a workout... diet could use some work so i am open to suggestions... also any vitamins i could take to help raise metabolism or that would help in the weight lose... is that any good... also...saying i dont have a good source was just so i'm not told to get something off the wall... i have no plans and would never get anything over the internet or from anyone i don't know... but thank you!!!

I'd have to say that tren is not a beginner's choice... but unfortunately, it really does kick ass... just read up on the sides, and be prepared for some interesting dreams and awesome strength gains, and serious pumps if you choose to go that route...
 
thank you!!... can you do a break down for me... sorry to be a pain but i'm not sure how to take it... that 2nd tren cycle looks good... but can i get the breakdown's... how many cc's or pills and how far should i space them out... also... do you have any ideas on the going rates... i don't know if that question is allowed to be asked so if it's not then please don't answer it... i just wanna make sure i'm not gonna get ripped off... thanks again!!
 
Tren can be acquired 2 ways...


buy it pre-manufactured which is usually expensive as balls (but comes in 10cc bottles @ 75mg/cc, or you can buy the fina pellet's, a conversion kit, and make it yourself... (i personally am not one to try lab work... no way near as careful, as well as not enough sanitry working area to do something that could IMO cause an abcess)... (that is truely my opinion)

In regards to my opinion on researching your first cycle, as well as complexity etc.. i recently just wrote a post that described my first cycle, and why/how... but it is definitely NOT recommended for someone who hasn't done the proper research. Also talks about my gains/etc.. I think ec911 or something started the thread..

thank you for your help... if anyone has anything else to add or any advice please feel free... also... this isn't my 1st cycle... this is just my 1st cutting cycle... most of my other one's have been for bulk/size...
 
bro just be very careful with winnie i know a lot of strong/big guys that have taken for cut cycle and have had major injuries due to the joint s being very dry and harsh.. go heavy/ but low reps ..
