using some weider bullshit, and im not feeling jack doo doo from it, I have uses eas phosphagen before and blew up like an Iraqi convoy but not on this shit, very pissed and to boot my god dam sides are getting cramps and I drink ishloads of water, yes I said ishloads, it makes me feel young and cool! lol
 
ok I spoke to soon, just came back from biceps geesh almighty, i couldnt even take my headset earpeice out of my ear, talk about pumped up, guess i spoke to soon
 
5grams 4 times a day for 5 days then 5 grams twice daily, and no not with any sugars or slin
 
Creatine never does crap for me! Except cramp me when I play b-ball - I should drink more water but on that crap I do cramp easier - Calves - ouch!

To each their own obviously and if it works for ya it works, but I've given away loading the last few times I've used it and just gone something like straight 20-30g all the way through. Ever tried that?

I did find results could be improved depending on when I took it, never found much difference with taking simple carbs at the same time. And never did use it with slin (yet).

Good luck with it, I still use it post-cycle and lovely to see a supp come down in price by 50% over the years! IronMike :D
 
i will be honest this shit gave me one good day and one good workout, im going to have to hunt down weider and ask for my money back

LOL Yeah for me personally i cant stomach Crea, however EAS does make the best on the market.
