major muscle cramping

the last couple weeks my lower back cramps so bad its like im
crippled. tonight while i was squattting it got so tight and just wouldnt give up. does this happen to anyone else? am i
dehydrated or low on something? is it because im carrying
around extra weight?
 
it is common to get lower back pumps while on aas. i would suggest drinking at least a gallon of water per day, plus make sure ur getting enough electrolytes (potassium, sodium). also try stretching out more. this is so often overlooked amongst people who lift. being a former sprinter i know the value of flexibility. itll help out a lot bro.
 
Hmmm...you might possibly want to watch your form a bit closer too. I have never had a severe case of cramping in my back while on AAS--I get sore more or less, but nothing out of the normal.
 
my form is excellent. i can easily do 3 sets of 500x10. it get the same kind of cramping that wont quit in my rear delts and my forearms occasionaly. i just washed my car and my rear delts are on fire.
 
From your first post it sounded like you were lifting really heavy and sometimes it's hard to maintain form when you go really heavy, but it sounds like you don't have a problem with it.

You'll definitely want to do what jdog3497 said and drink more water and electrolytes. Severe cramps are often caused by not having enough electrolytes in your system.
 
I would see a doctor. Could be a muscle spasm or some kind of nerve impingement or inflammation on your rear delt. If it kills you at washing car, then it could be serious. Doctor would prescribe you some muscle relaxation.
