Hey Guys,

I know there are some smart, strong dudes that use this forum. i wanted to know everyone's stats as far as incline and flat dumbell presses.

I can do 120's x7 flat (clean)
and 120's 6x incline....not bad for a 188 lbs..

my gym doesnt have that much weight so 125's for both and flys as well, and yes deep and tight,

In my younger days...

130 lbs for 8 reps incline
150 lbs for 10 reps flat

100 lbs for flyes 10-12 reps on both

I feel like a woos with all you strong guys, I'm 49 at 148lb
rather than use the bench I've gotten into the swiss ball for dumbell I've had some back trouble and the ball helps.
Flat bridge straight bench 80 x 6 Flye with a flat bridge 70 x 6
with the ball at shoulder blades I add the #4 2.5 magnets.

At my age now those heavy weights are a thing of the past, joints ache etc. have taken its toll.

I still do those exercises but with moderate weights and very strick movements or I would pre-fatigue the primary muscle before doing the incline and flat to nail my chest.

im 170lb and been lifting for 4 years.
inline dbell press: 125 x 6 reps
flat dbell presses: 135 x 6 reps
both of those r my last set where i shoot for 6 reps
