EMERGENCY, need advice immedialtely

Yo, brothers, need your advice on this on, I just made my own test 500 (cyp/enat) from recipe here, it looked as perfect as one could do, but this happened, and I need advice before I go to HOSPITAL.............I did 1.5 cc in each delt one, one day and the other two days latter, after 1.5-2 days the 1st delt got very sore and red and inflamed, and hot to touch, and after 4 days is still like that, but swelling has somewhat subsided in that delt, now the other delt has exactly the same symptoms as the other, and I have a fever of 100.2, even cooked gear in oven for 45 minutes at 250 for extra, used BA and BB as recipe called for, PLEASE TELL ME YOUR INPUTS IMMEDIATELY, FOR LAST THING I WANT TO DO IS GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM.......................

advice fromthe standpoint of where you are at now is, try using a heating pack on them to help the oil subside and dissapate into the muscle. Continue to monitor it for a while and see if it helps. Do an ice pack on it if its swollen so i recommend heat then ice.
heat draws blood into the muscle and helps the oil thin out and flow into the muscle
ice when its inflammed and swollen it will help shring the muscle sucking in whats there.
The BA and BB combo in it also makes the muscle very sore and tender, this is a foreign substance in the body and will inflame the muscle on its own and make it very sore.
It may take as much as a week to start to go away.
look for redness and red lines, if the fever is higher or red streaks appear go see a doctor.
Did you use a filter and keep your environment clean?
also heating doesnt sterilize it bro, it helps but doesnt sterilize anything unless your heating source is clean and an oven is not a way to do it..
just monitor and look for those signs, also I know it will hurt but after heat massage the area and try to use it as well to get the muscle to draw up whats there.

Between the ba and sterile filter, you should end up basically with a sterile solution. I've never baked homebrew. Just make sure you start out as sterile as possible. Also I use the .22 filters for added insurance.

it sounds like too much ba. or maybe the esters are seperating once the ba/bb has disipated.

like italianbike said that may be a possibility but doubtful, but always possible. I do believe that it may have been just an irritant area of swelling on the area. The ba/bb will do that in most solutions after injections as well as Peg and prop glyc.
I agree with the sterility issue, use a clean environment and clean vials. filter and filter again, go slow and take your time its well worth the sterility and always make everything clean.

I always went overboard cleaned my hands with vionex,cleaned my area with clorox wipes and used so many damn filters it was expensive but never ever had an infection or soreness that was unbearable as well.

To basically help get the best sterility pre filter any oils..then refilter through a syringe filter after mixing the powder and solvents.. then refilter with a .22 very slowly into a clean vial.
make sure everything is changed like the 18guage tips every time and dont skimp on materials its well worth the sterility you achieve.

A common mistake is that people always heat oils, that in my opinion and background is a big taboo!
Its a food source and when you heat and cool a food product you allow bacteria to grow or molds or other viruses.
Keep it simple and buy from a place that sells pharm sesame oil, its a little more expensive but well worth it since it pre-filtered and inactive.
It can be easily filtered and sterilized once received either by a medical supply lab or a semi complicated filtration system and pump.

Well the info from this board is as I said very informational, and I am considering it all I use the regular.045 whatman, according to you that is a no no? Do not know where to find others, seems to be .045 is standard, and I did use usp oil (sesame)now pain is subsiding, but last arm (right) has a 50 cent size red/light purple bruise looking thing where site of injection was at, never saw this before on me for anything, and again I am 47 years young, and do try to make the best, but I to am new to home brews and ONLY learn from what I see written, maybe 40 ml of 500mg/ml test is to potent in a small area like delt? May try ass area tomorrow, and also trying to see if friend has acess to spin product in a lab to see EXACTLY what I have, that would be best, but very hard to find that source, then maybe I should NOT have used BB in this mixture just BA?????????

Try Rocky Mountain Research Products for safe and sterile products. Sounds like you got an infection from contamination. I'd get rid of the rest of the batch, unless you're friend can verify it's ok. I'm 45 so I'm with ya, bro. I just make my own fina. Never a problem.

well heres what you can do, get some sterile vials, get a couple of .22's and large syringes.
Withdrawl solution into syringes and then filter into sterile vials slowly to filter it good.
a .22 will get small particles like bacteria and molds etc.
You will need some 18 guage needles as well but you can get those at wal mart or something for like .18-25 cents a piece.
add a needle to the vial to help purge the air and when most vials are sterilized they have some sort of vacuum in them and will hiss when the needle is inserted.
withdrawl solution you already made and then filter it into the vial thats new, just unscrew the syringe needle you used to draw it up with and add the syringe filter and 18 guage needle to the bottom and slowly filter it into the sterile vial..unscrew the syringe from the filter add the other 18 guage needle tip to it and withdrawl and unscrew and filter again.

try this, I did it this way to help you understand what I am talking about and how.

The mark on your arm is 2 things a possible infection or deep tissue bruising from vein penetration. maybe both.
always pre clean the area really good with alcohol.

I know rmrp has a filtration process that is done when they get the oil then its done by a medical place that filters it again and puts it into vials in a clean room, then its picked up and labeled and packaged and shipped.

But as with all things nothing is completely sterile and shit does happen, so always re filter any gear you use.

OK BETTER YET, old lady had some 5 micron filtered needles, i used them on the 40 ml, no according to you, CANNOT have any bacteria or anything, for you said 20 was stoppable, i did an overkill and went 15 microns better..........

It will help, and how is the soreness bro? is it getting better with the ice and heat applications?

the .5 will work but make sure the filters are able to take the solvents and esters, filters are different membranes for certain reasons they will destroy themselves if the membrane cannot withstand the dissolving power of BA and the BB will tear apart some mebranes or dissolve them into solution.

Most of what the hospitals use are for pre filtering specimens and they will work if you get the right kinds, if not you have a bigger mess to deal with. Good luck to ya.

I used another store for my homebrew sterile vials and when I put a needle to vent the sterile vial I havent heard any hiss sound from the needle, does it mean the vial wasnt sterile ??

I have heard that a couple of times but that isnt always true, trhe vials from RMRP are gamma radiated and dont always do that as well and some said the ones from VAC do that too, I really cant answer that for you, because as with everything it doesnt always apply. Have you had any problems with the homebrew?

Speaking of with, if I dont mind a suspension can I simply put the powders into water, skae it well before each use ?

I dont have glycerin, peg or anything like that

suspensions should go into a solution of bact water bro and some prop glyc if need be..it depends on what you are doing the nolva and clomid i have no idea..and i dont want to touch on that subject for now.
I am glad you are pleased with the producyts and service..thats always good to hear, went through a tough time lately but they are staying open and trying to keep good quality products and good prices gas prices went sky high making shipping and other things expensive.
