Help!!

Confusing post, but simply put take your supplemental protein in between meals.
 
read the directions for starters bud....and not being a dick really.
See how much protein/calories/carbs your diet calls for and you have to see what you will need to suppliment your diet with. If you eat enough meat to hit that mark than maybe just a shake for fuck sake, but you have to find a number or a goal you want to consume daily and then the "suppliments" will suppliment you dietary efforts. If you are like me the suppliments are you entire diet because i don't get nearly enough of the real stuff to even come close to what i should intake daily
 
Like Bignick was saying, it depends on what you eat. If you eat a shit load of eggs, meat and fish and get 400-500g of protein, then you don't need protein supplement. I assumeyou're trying to gain weight. Weight gainer can be used as a meal. I usually take creatin b4 and after my workout.
BTW, you should let us know your age, goal, experience, etc next time so we can help you better.
 
Mix them all together 3-5 times a day and chug them down like a man....unless of course if your a woman
 
I always supplement some protein with most meals along with egg whites. Creatine and Whey protein and Dextrose immediately after working out for the window of oppurtunity. Eat 6 times a day minimum to gain size.
 
creatine,glutamine,flax and protien mixed together are a great staple.....not much more needed other than roids or pro-hormones and a multi-vit.
