yep today I think i am going to do hams and quads all together rather then seperate, try to blowem up, prolly start with 10lb dumbell stiffs work my way up to 15 lbers wow! Yeah I'm bad! then work my way over to the squat rack, pop on a couple quarters and pound out 3-4 reps, I know I know..Presser your an animal. Maybe i'll rage out some leg extensions with 45lbs babay! I know all the gym will be looking at me then!...Like WOW That guy is strong.
