i am not sure if this is true or how much of it is true. but awhile back i heard that if u fry chicken in oil which is 360 degrees hot the chicken wont absorb any oil (fat) because the water inside the chicken would be boiling so what i wanna know is that is this true if it is i can have fried chicken on regular bases becuase it is really convinient. and good tasting.

From what I know, it absorbs _less_, not none at all.

Never heard of that before but either way you look at it, fried chicken is going to have a good amount of fat regardless if it was fried in 400 or 300 degree.

since were on the topic of chicken... anyone know the prices of boneless, skinless chicken breast at the grocery store?

Sams club and costco has great deal on huge bags of chicken breast.....I get 20lb's for under 20 bucks
