anyone know how to put these powders into caps fo rthe right mg ratio? i know ill need to use rice powder for a filler but i just need to know the other part.

I know corn starch is the best for stanozolol.

Can I mix oxandrolone and mesterolone with corn stack ?

get yourself a small mg scale or a balance scale that does mgs. measure it out and use the caps to fill one the 000 or the 00 type work well. gelatin capsules that is.

get a small spatula or scoop and fill they you can compress them with a small wooden dowel if need be to make a proper fit of the entire substance. this is what i did for glutamine and hmb powder it worked very well.

just an idea, i only did what i needed to for a cycle so to speak worth.

Are capsule presses available form RMSP? If so, what sizes and what 's the cap capcity? Are they standard 2 part construction?

Mag if your asking about what quanities of each to use, you first have to decide what mg strenght you want per cap. Also, you can use protein powder as filler.

OK am I right about this that you need to INDIVIDUALLY measure the active ingredient and the filler? Or do you mix 100 times the dosage with 100 times the filler and then use this to make 100 caps? The later would be pretty easy.
