Im, following a low dose DNP cycle for an extended period of time. Currently I follow a diet w/ 450Pro/100Carb/0Fat. W/ over half of my carbs coming PW in the form of dextrose. I follow this very strictly. Which as Im sure you know takes a toll on your body and mind.
So to reward myself I was thinking of having a Carb Up day where my diet is still high in protein, low in fat, but for one have high carbs as well.
Now would this give me the benefit of a carb-up day while not on DNP? Or would the vast majority of carbs be burned off or stored as fat?
