Recently had rotator cuff surgery. Doc says cant train upper body, or at least right side for 3 months. However I can train legs and do cardio. Ive heard different things about taking gear after surgery.
Would taking test after surgery be benificial towards ones healing and maintaing strength and size while recovering or just a complete waste of gear.

I have had shoulder surgery. Make sure that you finnish all the rehab and get back to training full strength for a few months. Then rock and roll bro. This is if you have used befor and understand everything that goes along with gear use of course.

so youre saying to lay low on gear during healing and rehab, than go full throttle after a few months

That is what i advise. You need to make sure your shoulder heals bro. If you had rotator cuff surgery like i did. It worked good for me. Untill I got hurt again . Not shoulder. Knee this time. Others might tell you diferent. Just my experience. Good luck in your rehab.
