time off should atleast equal time on, so they say, I have no real anser for ya though, lol,

yes, I would say time on=time off. You need to give your body a break and time to heal, specialy you liver. While off, its also good idea to get some blood work done to make sure all is good. You don't want to start another cycle not knowing whether your in good health or not. hope my great wisdom has helped you!:D

Great advice guys.......time on equals time of is basic rule of thumb. I would say its the MINIMUM time off.

From what I know soft tissue such as liver and kidneys completely regenerate in 60 days. And as far as the liver goes asny cells that die will be regenerated but they will no longer be functioning as liver cell's, it has something to do with the way the cells are arranged and once they die they loose proper arrangement for function. I would say a good good start is 60 days or time on = time off, whichever is longer.

Red flags? Its kind of a hard question to answer. For example I know that your liver values may go up even though your liver may be in good health. Your doctor would tell you if something is wrong better than I can. You should at least get your liver, kidneys, cholesterol tested. But, if your doctor is cool go for the whole nine yards test. Like thyroid gland test, estrogen and testosteron levels and few other things. Some people on this board may think its over kill. I would say, as long as your insurance is paying for it, why not? I feel good knowing that there is nothing wrong with me b4 I start my cycles. Sometimes its the little things that we ignore that can creep up and bite us in the ass! Best of luck 2ya and hope you get good results. ;)

I agree,,,time on=time off.

HHH

time on = time off at LEAST!
Everyone reacts differant, individual bloodwork is the real answer to the question.
