Gentlemen--
Got a few Q's about my cutting phases--
I have been cutting for the past few months, while using hot rox--
i do 40 min of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach
(I have been attending a spin class with instructor for the past month, but need to take a little time off from that)
Then working out in the pm after work, & following my weight workouts with 20-25 min of cardio. I have been doing the 2 a day cardio for about three weeks. I immediately follow my weight training with a muscle-milk protien shake.
My diet is fairly-clean & on-track for cutting.
my questions are:
1) Is this to much cardio, or should i do more
2) Should i be drinking the protien shake in between weights & cardio?
3) should i include creatine while cutting?
Supplements are as follows;
Hot-Rox fat burner, taken as suggested--
Myoplex meal replacement shakes (2 a day)
Mucle milk after weight training.
Super-glutamine GNC suppl.
I take only 10g. of creatine per week currently.
Going to cut for another 20 days (or 1 bottle of hot-rox)
then bulkin up.
