Has anyone heard of NO2? As in what does and if its good? Also if it could be taken with creatine?

Yes, I have tried it and I got no results from it.

How old are you? Most people will get plenty of results from just plenty of protein and proper weight lifting. If you're over 19 or 20 I would say try some Pro-hormones out.

I'm 18 about to start college football in about 3 months or less. This may sound stupid but prohormones? I'm sure i've heard of them before just not with that name.

I'd say stick with a good diet with lots of protein, heavy weight lifting, and plenty of rest. Pro-hormones are precursers to steroids basically.

Most are not illegal yet but most are also crap. Look to the Muscle Chemistry line to narrow in on some of the stuff that really works. Good prices and quality too. Skip stuff like No2. It's supposedly some sort of super hemodilator, but the ingredients are nothing but left over technology for the 80's. It and similar products peaked about the time MD promoted them. Outrageously expensive too.

Look, you need to take everything here with a grain of salt. Your key to success, especially at your age, is to read, read, read, read. NO2 works great for some people and not so well for others. As with most things, the one's that say it doesn't work usually don't use it the way that it is supposed to be used, or it just interacts with there bodies differently. I am 42 years old and it works wonders for me, but for someone your age, I would recommend going ahead and making the investment of 1 bottle and trying it. If you don't see results worth the money, don' t use it. Pro-hormones and Steroids are the same way., you are very young and your body still performs at it's optimum levels..... eat, lift and sleep, do that religiously until your 25 and you will love the results. Most of the people here that you read about that have problems later on try to "cheat the system" way to early and are not patient or disiplined enough to really make it in the long haul anyway. There are no "magic" solutions... eat lots of protien, sleep as much as you can, keep your carbs low, and work out with more intensity that you thought you could .... if you can't even do that, then don't worry much about the other stuff anyway. Good Luck
