What dose milk thistle do you take

just curious of dosages some of you take when u use milk thistle

I have some 140mg pills to help with prohormones i take,

165mg twice daily with or without prohormones...also some NAC in there as well.

YEa I use the 1fast400 milkthistle (liver formula) because it contains NAC, so its very convenient.
