anyone here able to reach the 35"-40"+ vertical jump??? pls tell me howd u achieved it coz i still havent been able to jump very high even though im already using several techniques including plyo to increase my jump. i have a 26"-28" vertical ryt now.

Tell me what i am doing wrong. Here's my exercise routine:
Mon- squats 65lbs 8x3, Calf Raises 40 lbs 20sec x 3, legpresses 40lbs 10 x 3, Leg Extensions - 10 lbs 20 x 2, Lunges 40lbs 10 x3.
Tues- skip rope 300, squat jumps (w10lbs) 40 x 2, Chair jumps (w10) 20 x 2, Depth jumps (w10)(h33") 5 x 2, Box Jumps (w10)(hfrom17"-hto30") 6x2, Reactive jumps (w10) 5 x 2
Wed to thurs @2pm rest.
@2pm-6pm thurs practice & game on basketball.
Friday-Sunday- morning -jogging then practice on bb till 6pm

...So, any advice on what i'm doing wrong?
Im also 6ft - 142 lbs. Dont have adequate access to weight machines. And yup, i have seen an increase in my vertical jump, but it aint enough.

bro there is an article to increase ur vert in our athlets strentcgh and training forum, do a search it might help out
