hey u guys...i was just wondering if any of you have tried twinlabs "mega creatine fuel" and if it was any good or not...thanx peace

...and by the way..i got a 60 capsule bottle and it says 1200mg per capsule...this is my first time usin creatin so how would i start taking it..should i just skip the loading phase or wat...and if i was to load how many pill should i take?

Twin labs is the best in my book. Take it exactly the way it says on the bottle.

I agree with tool.......Twinlab is tops in the industry.

thanx for the info..but on the bottle is says nothing about loading or anything just take 1 to 4 capsules daily....and i always hear about ppl going thru a loading phase with creatine?
