i have used creatine with just about everything but nver that. but cant hurt i dont think

I don't see why not. They are totally unrelated compounds that do completely different things.

I find creatine over-rated and very harsh on my kidneys, I can get my kidney levels checked on a big gear stack and be fine but when on creatine my BUN and creatinine levels are very high. But as for taking it with IGF I can't see any reason why not if you find it works for you and doesn't cause any health problems.

Exactly what I was thinking.

On my last cycle of IGF I used it during PCT with creatine and had no adverse reaction to using the two together or too any of the other combinations of cycles I've run with IGF.

I've used creatine and IGF both together as well--in fact, even just today. Take them together if you wish or not, I think the consensus is that there are no problems doing so, so it is up to you if you want to or not.

Mnay times, I feel like using with or without has little difference on whether or not the 'intense pump' from IGF-1LR3 is experienced, BUT I have always KNOWN that my pants fit an inch or two looser when not using creatine in conjunction with IGF etc.... so if you are close to summer, spring break etc. Stop creatine (if you can, some use it as part of PCT) approximately 7-10 days before showtime.
