Use in mid-am and mid-pm. You're natural production is shutdown for about 3-4 hrs. If you take it before bed you're wasting it b/c you would normally produce your own GH in REM sleep and with a ZMA supp. you'd produce even more while lowering estrogen, increasing libido and shortening recovery time.
Don't use after a wkout either b/c the wkout causes GH release b/c it is highly stressful. Instead take a glutamine supp along with fast acting protein (ie-whey isolate) and maybe some creatine or creatine ester (new and better stuff).
Natural ways to increase GH is lower insulin levels or foods that spike insulin, nap often, get deep sleep at night (with ZMA), and go balls to the wall with workouts and nap if possible after them.
