ANYONE FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE GOTTEN SO BIG THEY CAN NOT SLEEP PROPERLY AT NIGHT, MEANING UNCOMFORTABLE JUST BEING TO DAM BIG, NUMB ARMS, TINGLING FEET, SHIT LIKE THAT, AND SLUGGISH THROUGH OUT THE DAY CARRYING THEIR WEIGHT AROUND? I KNOW SOME OF YOU WONT ANSWER THIS HONESTLY BUT LETS SEE

Of course not! At my 3.5% bf, I sleep like a baby.

Well, okay you got me. Currently I got myself into a winter bulker that really hasn't ended. I'm the heaviest I've ever been and pushing the most weight I've ever pushed around. It does take a toll on sleeping. Arms definatley go numb very easily and I sweat in this heat like a whore in church.

The worst is the snoring. I can't catch a wink of sleep 'cause my old lady keeps telling me to roll over on my stomach. I do, and I still snore like a cow. So then I get sent to the couch. And everyone knows you can't sleep on the couch...

Okay, I thought it was only me. I am also the heaviest and strongest I've ever been, and I am always hot as a furnace. My wife won't touch me after a workout at night when we go to sleep because I'm "too hot" unless it is winter in which case she clings to me like I'm the bed warmer. I have been waking up sweating with one or both arms numb probably once or twice a night.

Only in the last year have I picked up the snoring thing. I keep her awake or she keeps me awake (she snores louder than I do).

I understand not ripped but a big guy 6'2" and about 290 on this cycle... bf maybe 18% arms feel so heavy they go numb and sometimes feel like I cant breath great lying down LOL knees are killing me will prob lose some water when I stop the d-bol... and I was trying to lose weight this cycle... think I lost BF but gaining muscle and water... running 500mg Icn test e EW 40mg d-bol EDand 3iu growth ED and 50 mcg T3 and 25mg proviron ED
I get out of breath a little faster with the bloat and am taking extremesene .5ml eod

Ohh and I can sleep all day if I could and nap any time I can . I feel tired all the time unless I get 10 hrs of sleep which rarely happens and need to take ephedra jst to get through the day sometimes

think I took care of the being tired bumped my T3 to 50mcg and used to take 1000mg vit c and one multi a day now taking 2 multi's and 3000mg vit c and I feel like I have my energy back

Bros make sure you don't have sleep apnea, being tired all the time and snoring in a variety of positions are key signs. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea last december and have been on a breathing machine since then. I quit breathing 123 times a frigging hour and was severly sleep deprived. I personally think it was because my neck had gotten so damn big and muscular it was causing the problem. the maching takes some getting used to but it's a godsend. Once you get back on track sleeping correctly your lifts will improve.

If you increase your cardio the snoring will be alleviated...and with the whole sleep problem a little GHB helped me out

damn i thought it was just me, waking up, not feeling my arms, then when the feeling comes back it hurts like hell. i have to sleep with my arms out.

I can only sleep on my back and then I snore like a bitch. If I try to sleep on my side my shoulder will get sore and that arm goes numb. I am not even at my heaviest 270 now, but at 287 it was a real bitch and the apnea was worse as well. I need to get the surgury for apnea but can't affors the sleep study right now $2500

I've thought about getting a new mattress, or one of those sleep number beds. The worst thing is waking up in the middle of the night freaking out because you lost all feeling in your arms. Or trying to get out of bed to take a piss and falling down because a leg was fully numb.

My small bed is destroyed, box springs boards are all broken, collapsed ect.

I sleep with 6 pillows one small one folded behind the small of my neck at the base of my skull to keep my head slightly tilted back making it easy to breath.

I keep my arms strait on a pillow each down each side to stop em from going numb.

I wake up a few times a night with one or both of my arms numb... Seems like anytime they get positioned above my shoulders they go numb. I hate that feeling...
