Evening Training

What time do you go to sleep and wake up? What does your diet look like?

How long are your workouts? Do you do cardio during this time?

I go to sleep around midnight, get up @ 7:00.

My diet is pretty clean I eat @ 7:15, 10:00, 12:15 & 3:00 then I usually do half of a Myoplex shake before & after a workout, then dinner aftwards. (Around 8:00Pm) but nothing after 8:30.

I'm doing about 1 hour & 15 minutes of lifting + 50 minutes of Cardio on M, W & F

Just wondering if I should change or add something to my routine.

In all honesty, that is almost exactly how I would do it.

The only thing I see is that you don't have a solid meal between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. I see you have the two shakes though. Looks pretty good.
 
i eat 1 hour before workout. any sooner makes me sleepy and get a shitty workout. i also eat a shitload after workout. even eating high carbs after workout does not affect a low carb diet.
 
weight gainer drink at 4, workout 5:30, recovery drink tale end and imediatley after workout, dinner at 8ish, high protien snack at 10:30-11 (ussually leftover from dinner, or shake)..if I wake up at night I eat too.
 
both! lol ,, well if ur dieting and tryin to loss fat as much as possible i would eat my carb meal before workout and have a post workout shake ( with carbs) after workout...but if ur bulking well.. eat any chance u get

gotta eat (everything if you're bulking)... training accounts for only a few hours a week diet is 24 x 7
