Deca

I've heard this before. I can say for sure, but I think Docs do occasionally perscribe low doses for such things. It will definetly lube things up so you joints don't bother you as much.
 
my shoulder used to hurt and pop when I rotated it. after 2 cycles of deca it has not hurt or popped after a year off.

it did this for 8 years before that.
 
Interesting....So just say if someone had lower disc problems & wanted to do their first cycle, would deca be a wise choice?

If so, what would compliment the deca?

I've heard a lot of people who used dbol experience lower back pain from it.

Deca would help the Back problem,,as it has helped mine.
Also HGH will help in alot of ways,,helped my knee and shoulder's.
But it ain't cheap,,lol

I liked it for my first 2 cycles - it was a greaet bulker. however it does shut you down and cause water retention - I believe these are outweighed by the gains. you should alwasy run it with test since you will need it to keep your unit working.

beginner cycle - 400 deca and 400 test will do you quite nicely - run it for 8-12 weeks.
stop the deca 2 weeks before you stop the test to give the progesterones time to go down before you end.

I'm with you on including the test, but I disagree with the doses. Alot of people expereince a limp noodle when deca is not kept 1:2 with test. Do you have to be exact, no. 500 and 300 or 600/700 and 400 will work, giving you significant less trouble to preform. I just wouldn't recomend a straight 1:1 cycle. I also don't beleive its necessary to stop the deca two wks prior. I've never done it and never had any trouble. The chances that deca only will give you progesterone problems are very very low. Deca was the big thing at my college, I've seen many people including myself do 400-800mg a wk this way and be fine.

the reason I recommend stopping deca 2 weeks before test is the it does produce progesterone which does shut you down. even in small doses at 100 mg per week. the only thing that will combat progesterone is bromcriptine. normal pct will not - ie ldex, clomid, nolva. therefore it is good to stop it while still running test to let it clear naturally. then you can stop test and 2 weeks after that start your pct.

I dont think there will be a problem - as I did not experience one with running 400 and 400 - its easy shots - basically 2 shots per week - evenly spaced - 1cc of test and 1 cc of deca and that gives you aa 2 cc shot on monday and one on thursday for example. you can go a little less if you like - say 500 test and 300 deca. but I would not recommend more than that on a first cycle.

also on a first cycle - 2 shot per week is doable - more than that could be a little intimidating for a newbie. finally 2 ccs is about the most a first cycle should shoot anyway.

definately need to run nolva and or ldex or you will be so bloated you will not be able to hardly move and you will risk stretch marks.

I dont believe deca has "healing" properties but it will somewhat mask joint pain bucause of it helps lubricate joints with fluid..
now if it was an injured muscle it might help it heal faster but not joints ligaments and tendons ... when I pulled my bicep and told my sports doc I was on deca/test he said it would help heal the muscle faster... AS help build and repair muscle and not joints and stuff just my .02 :)
 
Be careful "masking" the problem. It can create greater problems. I developed sciatica and have since had surgery.

But.... everybody is different. Just remember that core stability is very important with low back injuries. Train smart!!!

I definitely know about core stability. Usually when I mess my back up, it's from doing something stupid around the house not from lifting.

It's down right frustrating @ times, when you lift a good deal of weight you're fine, but move the wrong way & you're popping somas & vics.
