i just got blood work back and have horrible cholesterol...
18 HDL
239 LDL (i think)
70 is my liver count (twice normal)
ATP level elevated in kidneys...
i just turned 28 years old

i was on injectable winstrol and equipoise when i got the test... and had just gotten off of trenbolone...

been on juice lightly for 8 years (mainly equipoise)

is this reversible if i come off... i am now on cholesterol and high blood pressure medicine... cycling down and hoping everything reverses...

will there be permanent damage to heart or will it go back to normal size and effectiveness???

would 1 or 2 iu's a day of growth hormone be good...

THANKS FOR ANY THOUGHTS OR INFO!!!

~desperately seeking good health~

Niacin 500mg/day policosanol 20mg/day helped my buddy decrease BP and cut his cholesterol in half...He was way higher than you....About to have a heart attack.

while you were on for 8 years I assume you cycled on and off??

I hope.....

what is your pct?

many get compromised cholesterol while on. did you run an AI while on to combat estrogen?

usually when you come off - your levels will be back to normal with in 6 weeks.

no worries - you should eat clean and do pct and then after 90 days of being off - go for full physical.

then I think the worst you will see is maybe a slightly low lh and fsh level but test and other things should be back within normal ranges.

also sometimes we who work out get a very slightly elevated c reactive protein - which can be an indication of cancer - however at a only barely elevated level it is usually only an indication of inlamation from working out and nothing to worry about.

most of us dont go as often as we should - but while doing this - you should absolutely have a full physical once a year when you are off and have been off 60-90 days. this will indicate whether you are healthy or not.

if you are not - dont get back on. if you are - have fun because you recovered properly and your body is fine.

i did not do the cycle on and off... what i did do was 200-400 mg a week on my "off cycle" and 800-1800 mg a week on my "on cycles"...

usually before contests i would do the higher doses...

do you think coming off the juice and maybe 2 iu's a day of GH will help me maintain my physique???

i stay shredded year round with very low bodyfat...

what would be the best down cycle while maintaining my hard physique???

wow - thats hard core - I am going to bow to some of the most experienced users on here to answer that. you are way past me man.

have you been to the doctor yet? I would highly suggest taking a good 6 months completely off and get some hard core pct going.

go to a doc too after about 90 days for full physical.

GUYS?????

I've posted this before in another thread: If you want to lower your cholesterol really good, eat oatmeal every morning, but not cooked. Put about 1/2 cup of raw oats (can be Quaker baby oats) in your bowl with some yogurt (flavored or plain) and fresh fruit of some kind (whatever you want). If you are trying to watch carbs, then you might want to stick with the plain oats with a spoonful of sugar to sweeten them a little bit.

It's actually called 'German breakfast.' My dad had us eat it when we were kids because that's what he and the locals ate in Germany when he lived there for almost three years. When I had my cholesterol levels checked for a physical once, my levels were 129 which is one point below the lower limit that they want you at. I can't remember if it was total or just the LD, but either way, that was low.

Do that for at least 30 days, and you should see a pretty good reduction in your cholesterol levels.

I can't tell you what to do, but you jumped on the meds way too quick.
High cholesterol is a VERY common side effect of trenbolone.
You shouldn't even get your cholesterol checked until you have been off of tren for at least 90 days because the reading will not be close to true.
After my last tren cycle my total cholesterol count was over 300, but it is usually in the low 200s.
Also high cholesterol is only one factor in heart disease. High cholesterol for a few months during tren administration will not cause a heart attack.

What was your cholesterol before you started?

i dunno what it was... i haven't been clean for so many years... i guess my doc was putting a tremendous scare on me... but i am going to take precautions...

Sorry, I meant tonykemp. It's difficult to extol the virtues of the raw oatmeal diet if you don't know what your cholesterol levels are before you start the diet or if you don't know that it will bring abnormally high levels into the normal range.

My levels have been over 200 (usually238 or higher) for at least 7 years now. My brother recently had his checked and he was in the 140's. I've been working out and eating a high protein and high fiber diet for 28 years and he never works out and eats anything he wants.
