On gear & over training?

yes. imo most people over train. aas don't make it so you can train more, they make it so you can train harder. you will know what i mean when you are on.

If you are running a stacked bulk/strength cycle, couldn't your joints/tendons be affected by your rapid strength gains?

Or is it just something that you must be aware of and limit yourself? I.e.' "common sense"

I realize under normal circumstances your body will tell you when enough is enough. However, with some types of gear like Deca can't they "mask" the pain?

How much training is too much?

At this point if you already have a nice foundation to start with chances are your tendons and joints have already been broken in. I would stick with your normal workout. You will notice that you can go up in weight quite often while on a cycle. And Your body will tell you when it's enough. Bottom line: They make it so You can train harder. Not longer.

i like to get a little bloated because it helps my joints feel stronger and i'm able to use heavier weight. but what tool and i said is the truth, aas make it so you can train harder, not longer or more often. i don't think you'll really understand this until you experience it for yourself.

just listen to your body bro... if u feel tired and run down take a few days off, its not just your body its your mind too...
