My Workout!!!!

Whats up fellas just wanted to know what u guys think of my workout that i'm starting next week:

Mon.
Chest
Legs

Wed.
Power lifts

Fri.
Chest
Legs

Sat.
Arms

Then tues and thur running and abs.
Lemme know what u guys think.
 
That is not a very good work out bro, are u a power lifter or bodybuilder? not good for bodybulding bro
 
Sorry i shoulda put more info. I lift wieghts for football and i start conditioning in August. But i do some back on shoulders on power day. In the offseason is when i do more bodybuilding type workouts.
 
if you're doing deads on your power day that's better than nothing. but to avoid injury you should work everything so you have no muscle imbalances.
 
I also stick to a part a day. You lose to much energy working 2 parts. Legs should definitly be only one day.
 
A couple months ago i went to legs once a week and my squat dropped a lot. That really pissed me off so thats why am going to try legs twice a week. And also i figure power lifts work a lot of back and shoulders anyway thats why i have them together.
