Very cool- welcome MC- this is a great board with a lot of members with varied knowledge about a lot of topics relating to bodybuilding. Take some time to read the rules and read some threads that interest you. Take advantage of the search function to find topics of particular interest to you. But regardless, don't hesitate to ask any questions...
