Any recommendations on using creatine when coming off a cycle??? my buddy in bloody england needs some info and suggestions...

results on any gains or preventing size loss???

or what about his bloody water retention???

wants to maintain hard/shredded/vascular physique...

yes I think it is a great things to use as a bridge bro, he may not add size but maintain, who knows, creatine is also suppose to be good for +nitrogen balance wich is good cause when u come of the opposite tends to happen, wich creates a whole slew of problems for maintaing muscle gains
 
any other good advice when discontinuing gear... tapering down with equipoise...

300 mg next 2 weeks
200 mg 3 weeks
100 mg 3 weeks
50 mg 2 weeks

and maybe using creatine and glutamine

not sure about the glutamine though
 
I'm going to have to reevaluate creatine, I've only used it about a half hour before my workout routine so I can do more reps and recover quicker. I wasn't aware of the maintaining qualities.
 
Great stuff. I also use it before workouts--combined with the M1T, I get some really wicked pumps. Creatine is also supposed to help you maintain your muscle mass and slows down muscle loss if you happen to not get enough calories.
 
Yeah, its a good idea. After I get off this one, I'm gonna try kynosen, I have heard real good things about keeping cycle gains.
