Injection spots?

Where do you guys like? And where have you guys done it?

For me, I like quads by far the best. Next is a tie between delts and tricepts. Last is glutes.

I actually used to like glutes but my flexability has gone down quite a bit in the past two years and I can't hardly reach them.

Those are the only spots I've hit. I was tempted to hit my calfs last night but I pussied out and just hit my tri's.

My like or dislike of spots pretty much has to do with whats easiest for me to reach.

I know, bi's and pecks are easy to reach but I have my reservations, lol.
 
delts are my favorite. then quads. i hate glutes and will never try bi's.
 
i know a fellow that injects in his forearms!!!!! with a one-inch pin......i shit you not, i have seen it!!!!

for me...delts and glutes...that's it;)
 
bi's,glutes,quads,tri's (only sometimes depends on what it is) and chest.
My shoulders are to broad to do delts i would end up bending the needle again.
 
just did my first shot of prop in my quad. i dont know feels a little sore. i think i hit it to much to the front, needs to be more in the outer meat. im all out of ass cheeks and shoulders though so i had no choice. i guess well see how it feels tomorrow.
 
I just do my thighs and lately calf's. I used to do my Bi's but they were so sore after a while I think I was actually loosing size, and they seem to get a littlie warped looking, And I'm not very good at reaching around to do fine needle work on my glut's. So thighs and Calf's are it for me.

Never done calves or lats. Glutes(I can still barely reach them), quads, tris, and delts.
 
wow. great idea with the quad shot. i cant even walk. i fucking knew not to try it now. how am i supposed to train and do cardio. this fucking blows.
 
told you so... should have read my post first..lol rub some dirt on it and go do it, there is no way to get a great body without a little suffering..
 
I love the quads. Next is pecs then bis. I have a friend in the medical profession, when she's around, I have her hit my traps and lats.

Yeah it kind of does suck but you can do the shot after you workout quads or do cardio.
 
take a hot-warm shower then do your shot then go to the gym and work those parts.. I have very little pain when this procedure is followed plus its very sanitary and lessens the risk of infection from skin or other outside contamination. prop just hurts because the chemical structure irritates the muscle as well so thats to be expected. Try test susp. lol
 
i have used test susp and i really didnt mind the little tingle that it gave me. hit it in my delts and tri's. but i still dont understand why some shots of prop hurt more than others, considerably. also when people make home brew is there any chance of a pain free mix or is the more of a chance for a painful shot?
 
sure there is. susp hurts worse i think than prop. or even better yet a prop susp mix.. ouch! do that one in your quads.

I like the prop/susp mix and yeah it hurts some... but I love the stuff....!!!
