T-3 and increased nutrient uptake

I have used T-3/clen for cutting a few times before and now I feel that it ate away muscle and supressed my thyroid more then it's worth sp I told myself that I will never use T-3 for cutting agian. What if I use it with my post workout shake at 6.25mcg - 12.5mcg, these low dosages are said to increase nutrient uptake, which means fuller harder muscles and more potential for muscle to be built, also this low of a dose should not shut the thyroids natural production down. If you have tried this how did it work for you? and what is your body type (ex: ecto, meso, endo)? Do you have any thoughts or recommendations?
 
I've used it that way in a bulker before, only I hit 25 ED for 6wks. I put on 27lbs with that bulker, so I think it helped, but its hard to tell to what extent.
 
brew, what kind of body type would you consider yourself naturally? I am going to use 6.25mcg ED because I don't want to shut down my thyroid at all.
 
I'm an endo. Alot of people have different opinions of T3. I have used it several times, pyramiding up to 100 and other times I have used straight low doses. From my experience its not the thyroid wrecking drug most beleive it to be, if used correctly. Use the dose you feel comfortable with, but I doubt even 25 will shut your natural down.
