My first in a very long time

My first was dbol over 10 years ago, then cyp maybe 5 yrs ago. Unlike the last times, i did no research other than asking ppl i knew which were just as inexperienced as i was.

This time is obviously different because of all the different sources of research available. I decided w/ sust- 250 p/week for 8 weeks and then closing it out w/ clomid.

the reason only 8weeks was decided was because i tend to consider this my first since it was so long ago.

I also was considering the last 2 eks w/ winst, but the sus is gonna make me too sore... any suggestions with whats planned or any substitutes.

ok so sust has 4 tests 2 short 2 long correct? so if one were to start of taking sust and shooting twice a week then the 2 long esters would take about 4 weeks to kick in, then the 2 short esters take will spike ur hormone levels within days, however at best the 2 short acting test esters will keep sustained test levels for 3 days tops! so it is only wise to shoot sust eod or ed until ur 2 long acting ester kick in, other wise the first 4 weeks using the sus and onlygetting short acting esters spikes will fuck u up if you only shoot once a week or twice a week, what will happen is ur levels will rocket up, then by day 3 they come down which leaves you open for labido problems,mood swings, acne and all other sides associated with gear, hope i explained that thoroughly enough for anyone to understand sustanon should be shot ed or eod for the first 4 weeks until the 2 long tests kick in, otherwise its kinda like shooting prop once or twice a week ya know

exactly 500mg a week or cyp or enanthate would be better and a d-bol jumpstart for 4 weeks @ 30 or 40mg EDwould be better...
and iven if it was your first cycle go 10 weeks... your best cycle is your first and make the most of it.. I didnt cycle for 8 or 9 years and my first cycle was 500mg test cyp 300mg deca and d-bol 1-4 37.5 mg ED and it was my best cycle loved it
