what kind of supplements do you take?

i take creatine, glutamine, ZMA, and protien shakes.

also, anyone have something they really liked?

I agree! Only a few Protein shakes in the day and LOTS of good protein rich foods and a overall good diet is all you should need IMO and of course roids.;)
Most other supplements are total crap!
 
pretty much the same lots of protein, HMB ,a multi vitamin, MSM, and depending what I need ie potassium,milk thistle, vit. B wendy's superbar doh my bad thats not a suppy :D

when i started bodybuiding,i always caught by some unknown so called "drug like effect" supplements,and they were expensive.the total amount of those craps that i spent can make a few nice cycle today.what a dumb........

good food and protein shake in between is perfect,but when someone mentioned taking[orals] gears,of course milk thistle,ala,tyler-detox.......... are must:D
 
i find that zma is quite good but it's not a supplement it is a multi vitamin. didn't do anything for building muscle but it helped with energy levels and strength gains. and it really helps you sleep.
 
glutamine has been a godsend for me...i've definately noticed a difference since i started using it.
 
Protein powder, aftermax post workout shakes, glutamine, creatine, multivitamin, ZMA, 5HTP, Flaxseed oil, E/C/A stack, caffeine
