are you dieting? dropped out carbs? carbohydrate binds @ 3:1 to H20, if you drop your carbs, you will lose some water...that would explain the quick 3lb drop.
there's your 3lb weight drop, it's water. after a junk day, i can be 10lbs heavier with water!!!!!! carbs are great for loading, but a bitch for holding water
