well i hurt my shoulder a while back, got dehydrated, and am barely getting back in the weight room and getting my diet together ect.. i lost about 25 lbs in about two wks from the dehydration and after that i thought my shoulder had heeled and i ended up hurting it again.,my stats right now are:19.155.5"10.ecto), im looking to bulk back up to where i was again. i was just wondering about that chart i rememer it being on here and it was really helpful.i like using it cause i used to monitor the amount of cals i was taking and increase it as needed or just stay at my maintenance. i know how to figure my protein intake but am kinda confused on the other stuff, and i forgot. i was just going to try eating everything in site, but i wanted to do it by the book again....any suggestions.
