ok i am looking to really lean out over the next two months or so and was looking for a decent workout/ carb/protein/fat ratio for my diet, any help?
i am currently 6' and weigh about 233lbs, i have been on a five day cycle, with one day off then right back in nto supplementing at the present time, but any suggestions?.....thanks

it's hard for anyone to set up a diet plan for anyone without knowing a "lean body mass" do you have any idea how much you figure you would weigh "lean"?

well...im not sure what you want from me either:D

i want to know what you figure would be your lean body weight? how much do you think you would weigh "cut"?

oh i was refering to the statement i made about this queen of the damned, anyway i think lean i would weigh around 215 lbs ,

that cat is frickin hilarious

Not a whole lot of detail from you as far as what your diet consists of as of now. But if you're cutting, take in moderate carbs, 250g protein and good fats. It's all about what you burn vs what you take in.

2600 calories is what you should be shooting for IMO. if you want to get to 215lbs.

your protein intake should be worked up to 400gms a day (2gms per lb of lean body mass).

make sure you are getting EFA's in your diet, at least 3-4 tablespoons a day (each tablespoon has 14gms of fat)

take in carbs ONLY post workout and in small amounts....

if you diet like this, you can have a junk day once a week without it effecting your weight loss, and will lose between 1-2lbs of BODY FAT a week without sacrificing muscle tissue.

the excess protein you take will convert to glycogen when needed.

tHATS COOL BRO, IF CONSUMATION TAKES PLACE FROM HER EATING YOU , MAKE SURE SHE CHEWS WELL BEFORE THE CARROT IS EATEN BY THE BUNNY:rolleyes:

thanks alot, i will try that out seems to make sense
burn more than you consume and keep down the carbs, i got my hands on a pretty good work out too,
