carb sensitivty

is it possible to load with less than 150 grams of carbs. it seems like im very carb sensitive. ive been depleting sun - wed 0 carbs, and getting about 100-150 of carbs on thurs-sat by way of oatmeal, white rice, and rice cakes with some all fruit as needed, never after the gym. definitely fuller and more vascular by sat. i guess what i want to know is this not enough or is there something better to carb with? did the about the same thing two years ago and wound up eating a nice slice of pizza fri night and it worked out, but this year my weight is an issue. im gonna cut all water 8pm thurs.
