Fat Loss Thermos

I was trying to do some searches on here for new fat loss since eca is out due to ephedrine being banned (im sure it is still easy to get though) and i saw some posts about NYC. But they all seemed to be posted before ephedrine was banned. Does anyone use a new thermal that worked just as well as the ECA or NYC, or still using NYC or ECA. Just wondering, i did the search, found some good info, but all seems to be outdated since the ban. Please fee free to PM me if you have any info on NYC, id be interested in trying it. Also please post your best thermos that you can freely use now.

yeah, I think that is a common misconception. I have used ephedrine hcl and found it to be better than the herbal ephedra (seemed it was stronger mg to mg). Some ephedra products also seemed to be stronger than others even though label claims were identical. only prob is that if you want to run the ECA stack you have to procure the caffeine and aspirin (which isn't hard either), and you have to take 3 or more pills each dose, and ensure that you are taking each in the correct dosage (with the manufactured ECA stack products you didn't have to worry about this). Even with these slight inconveniences, I think formulating your own ECA stack by purchasing each ingredient separately is the way to go.

most people concur that the usual dosage of an ECA stack is Ephedrine 25mg, Caffeine 200mg and Aspirin 325mg, although 325mg of aspirin over an extended period of time can be harsh on your stomach. You can try to find lower dosages try to find a coated aspirin with some sort of stomach protection.
