Acne on face but not shoulders or back?

I use to get a little acne everywhere while I was on, some on the face, shoulders, back, chest. But for the past year I get almost all my acne on the face and it is getting worse with each cycle. Has anyone had this happen or know why this would happen?

Urine on the face does wonders. Gave the old lady give you a golden shower.

I seem to break out evenly too. I notice my face gets worse if I don't constantly wash it. I'm talking up to 8 times a day. Every break at work and even more. I also use some clarifier too. Dries me up real nice.

Now I sound like a chick but try a facial wash with glycolic acid and a toner or astringent with salicylic acid, also a facial bar like neutrogena really works well in between the wash and toner. All three of those and it will help keep your face oil free.

I also use B-5 that help a little, but minocycline really clears my up. The only thing I cant figure out is why its only mu face breaking out now days, id rather have it on my back and shoulders.

i'm thinking this could be bad for me if i ever do a big cycle. I VERY SELDOM get even the slightest pimple on my body, and I don't wash my face with any soaps, chemicals, whatever... All i use is a wet rag and pass it over my face to make sure it's not dirty. Then I put a lotion on my face that has no scents, or colors, it's all natural.

Do you think if i get on a big cycle my face will break out and i will have to use the soaps you guys recommend? Cause remember when i DO use soaps, face wash etc... my face tends to slightly break out... any suggestions??

Stop the lotion on the face. That stuff will plug up the pores real fast.
