some pic from the eastcoast classic

pretty nice bro im figure thats you . what r stats height wt. age (if thats not too personal, yrs training: and of course howd he place?? Any way nice ely shaped muscles Keep on bombing bro:D

i got first place novice lightweight, the other guy is the heavyweight winner and we were posing down for overall. i also took third in open middleweight. im 27, 5'5, 200 now i was 176 in that pic. this is my fifth year competing, i was always into weights and athletics, but have been real serious for the last 5 years.

Great job. Legs look awesome but if I could suggest one thing it would be some chest work. Also, that isn't gyno you had is it? Maybe it was the lighting or the angle of the shot but the nips look a little puffy.

How much did you weigh? What is your height and what age are you (or approx.)?

Oh yeah your hamstrings are huge too almost taking away from your quads when looked at from the front. Do you do deadlifts e.o.d or something? I'll now stop trying to break you down to make myself feel better..lol.

i posted my stats above bro. but as far as my hammies go, i only dead lift every other week. my legs are extremely strong, and so is my back but i usually dont go crazy with the deads, but i can. just wish i could get some striations going on, i did reps and cardio out the wazzoo.

Okay I saw your stats. Cool and good for you bro. Keep up the hard work and try to start you chest routine with your weakest part. For instance, for the last year I've started my chest workouts with incline flyes and incline press (w/ dumbell, mach., or bar) and I've noticed a great difference in the thickness up my upper chest.

I'm sure you know that advice but it never hurts to hear again.
