Building the Perfect Beast

i've read it. i think if a person were to use a bridge between cycles it could work very well. what protocols are you talking about specifically?

Yeah definitely a good read. Author Rea knows his sh*t! I don't like how he holds back on information though such as the IL-15 and other stuff. I guess you can't expect him to put all the little secrets in there but I don't like when he gives a description of something then says "I'm not going to discuss dosages".

The Max Androgen Phase and the Estrogen/Cortisol suppression phases.

There is also a Max Anabolic Phase that usually consists of insulin and GH

In the book he references cycling the phases such as
Day1-30 Max Androgen Phase
Day15-45Estrogen/Cortisol suppression phase
Day30-60 Max Anabolic Phase
Day45-75 Max Andro and so forth

Well, unless you are a very advanced BB according to L Rea, you dont really need to employ the Max Anabolic phase. He considers advanced anyone 265 or over at 12% I believe.

So I have started a Max Ando phase and will soon begin the layer in of the Estro/Cort suppression phase.

His whole deal is PTOR and keeping the body in a favorable state of anabolism by manipulating your PTOR either through Androgens, Anabolics or Estro/Cort suppression. And after such a period of time on the gear your body will launch a counter measure to the increased anabolism, i.e. raising cortisol and estrogen levels in an attempt to regain homeostasis.

That is at least my understanding of the book. Seems to make some sense. I guess we will see how it turns out after a few phases.

you seem to understand the idea behind this. good job researching and understanding something before jumping headlong into it. let us know how you like it after a few phases.

I will def try and keep anyone interested updated on my progress. I also hope this method just doesnt end up wasting a whole bunch of real good gear!

as long as your diet is good, i'm sure you can make some nice gains.
