V.I.P.
I came out with this as it is my first meal after my post workout dextrose/protein drink.
since i don't use oil in cooking i had to adjust the original receipe a little bit. You'll need: (this is what i eat but i weigh 180 at the moment so you should adjust it to your weight...if you have to do any conversion: http://www.sciencemadesimple.net/EASYweight.html

ingradients
320gr. minced chicken(i just cut it roughly)
200gr, apple of the granny smith kind is better(200gr.is about an apple)
canned tomato sauce 50 gr.
low fat youghurt 125gr.
onions 100gr
brown rice 50 gr.
curry as much as you like
salt

i really heat up a pan and i trow the chicken in(the pan should be with teflon)
once the chicken is rosted i put the fire to minimum and add the sliced onions, once the onions gets tender i put the flame up again and always stirring i had the curry and the tomato sauce, again i put the flame at minimum and i cover it letting it cook for about 20/25 minutes(if it gets too dry you can had a little bit of hot water),when is allmost ready, uncover it add the yoghurt, the apple and if it is necessaire a bit of salt, stir it and is readt to eat togheter with the brown rice.
