What is your ultimate goal?

Everybody works out for different reasons, but everybody has goals, mine is to be as big and freaky as possible, 300+ baby  I feel that you should always be setting small goals for yourself to keep steadily progressing, but i'm interested in everyone's ultimate goals, whether it be weighing a ripped 240 or benching 500 pounds, let's here them.

I'm with you! Would like to see how big I can get. At 5'9" I've worked my way up from 140 to 190 in the past 6-7 years. Goal is to probably get to 220 lbs. with 10 - 15% BF. I would be happy with that. Strength is a big concern too, no real weight goals though. Doesn't matter how strong you are, you always want to get stronger.

I agree, stting goals is the best thing you can do. I re-evaluate them time to time to keep them realistic. I mean, I wanted to to be 240ish, but thats just not realistic for my frame work. I'll be happy at 200 at 7-8%bf if I can grab that by by 27th b-day. I'm curently 24 180 at about 11-12%. I'll never be the next Jay Culter, but I would love to step on stage and place in the top 5 in an ametuer show before I reach 30.

yeah i just wanna keep growing until i die, if growing be the cause of my death than thats even better.............

i am 6 feet and for various reason i cannot go past 200,so my goal is to run 8 miles uphill in 30 minutes, run 3 miles in 12 minutes and get as strong as i can, especially in the push up area i want to go past 100.

my current goal is the 275 to 300 range. Currently 240@5'10"
not sure what BF% is but it's not great. I'll try and get some picks up soon. After I hit at least 275 I'd like to lean out(all abs visible and defined) and come in at around 240-250. At 23 I feel like I have plenty of time to get this done, however I am not really interested in taking my sweet time either:)

I think I am 6 feet or 6' 1", and my current goal is to be 210-215 at about at least 9-10% bf.

This should be a new post..."Best way to die"
And I would say death by non-stop growing would be a close second to laughing yourself to death.

I'm with Bignick :), but I train with a similar philosophy to Ronnie Coleman, I do bodybuilding and powerlifting movements and always increase my weights or reps each week, also like Ronnie i enjoy eating as clean as possible even when bulking :) I'm currently 17, turn 18 on August 11th :) , I'm 214 at 10% bodyfat, currently cutting up, i'm still natural and intend to stay that way till i'm around 21. My goal for weight while still natural is 240-245 around there at 10% bodyfat, i don't think i'll have a problem with that, and because I train like a powerlifting with bodybuilding movements, my tendons are nice and strong, so I have a good base to build off of with Gear. Plus by weighting longer and eating right I have more receptor sites so my body will be able to use the gear more efficently :) I'm going to give it a few years, see how big i can get, if i think i could do well on stage then i'd compete, but I'd want to push the sport forward with a new level of freakiness, similar to what Dorian, Coleman, and Trevor Smith was planning on doing before his passing. Considering that when i'm around 21 we'll probably have real myostatin inhibitors and Gene doping (YA BABY, can't wait for this one), who knows maybe i'll be a ripped 400! I wish, lol

at 5'7" I'd like to hit the 200 lb plateau, Ive been as high as 193lb of course that was 10 years ago, currently 184 and eating!!! and lastly I mostly train for strength, so who better to emulate than Mr. Columbo of course I'll take his physique also

i don't have a long term goal... seems to change everytime i see my reflection... one day i'm too skinny next day too fat, ok fine sometimes i change in the same day... yeah i recognize the dysmorphia but i like that it drives me to push harder...

for right now my goal for this winter is - I WILL hit 220 pounds (200 right now at 5'9") bodyweight while maintaining near same BF% and strength-wise I WILL BTN shoulder press 315 (on smith machine), incline bench 350 and get my squat over 500...

I've got some goals for my lifts, I want to deadlift 500, squat 450, shoulder Press the 100lb dumbbells and curl the 65's before I graduate highschool :D I think i can achieve these goals :D
